Job Description:

Position requirement include: Coding and developing applications to Java and agency standards. Developing and Coding for applications that utilize the Java framework including coordination with DB2 databases and Linux environments. Documentation of application work completed to include Information System Contingency Plans utilizing the agency template to include recovery steps, procedures, diagrams and flow charts for systems developed.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience in coding and developing Java applications
• 8 years of experience with DB2 (or similar) database
• 8 years of experience in a Linux environment
• 2 years of experience developing using Agile/Scrum SDLC
• 2 years of experience with the Atlassian tool suite, especially JIRA
• 2 years of experience supporting large web-based applications in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of experience developing using Agile/Scrum SDLC
• 2 years of experience with the Atlassian tool suite, especially JIRA
