Job Summary and Qualifications

The Financial Reporting Analyst assists Executive, Financial, and Departmental management in the preparation and completion of financial data collection, financial reports/tools, various surveys and special projects; including but not limited to Inventory, Audits, Budget, Capital Management, ROI's, P&L's, and Projection. Your background in finance, attention to detail and commitment to professionalism is critical to ensuring the integrity of our financial process so we can in turn provide the best experience in healthcare for our patients. What You Will Do In This Role

You will be responsible for advanced data collection, data mining and data assimilation; interpreting and analyzing large amounts of data and in examining documents and data for correctness and accuracy.

You will analyze journal entries.

You will prepare weekly financial projections and update files after month close to track trends.

You will assist with annual financial and statistical budget preparation.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree required, Business Administration preferred
  • Intermediate or master skill level in Excel, Macros knowledge a must
  • Must be familiar with analyzing data to identify trends and tell a story
  • Must be comfortable with utilizing multiple systems at once
  • Healthcare setting experience strongly preferred.
