Piper Companies is looking for a Development Project Manager to join a provider of senior living and health care facilities. This is a full-time position based in Catonsville, MD.

Essential Duties of the Development Project Manager:

• Maintain, monitor, review, and report on project budgets and change orders
• Review and escalate issues as required to maintain project schedule, budget, standards and guidelines, and design intent.
• Monitor processing timeliness and review RFIs and Submittals
• Coordinate and verify accuracy of all turnover documents, as built and O&M manuals

Qualifications of the Development Project Manager:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with BlueBeam is a plus.
• Experience with large scale renovations and writing RFIs is a plus.
• Flexible with travel (local and around continental US)
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical degree

Compensation for the Development Project Manager:

• $90,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
• Hybrid flexibility
