An employer is seeking a Devops Engineer in the Cincinnati, OH area for a contracted opportunity. In this role, you will be joining the Testing group and will build out operational capabilities within the Test Cell environment with a focus of ensuring the equipment is fully operational while conforming to a Cyber Security standard. This individual will work with installing, configuring, documenting, and maintaining systems to a defined standard and make them work. This may also include new installations, upgrades, patching, and backup/recovery operations as needed. Integrate operating systems and platforms to IAM Services and hardening the operating system using services within a domain or other management platforms. You will focus work to the needs of engineering and provide feedback to the computing platform and cyber security team as to what is working and what is not working. The contractor will need a strong set of skills for implementation and troubleshooting across a variety of technologies such as Linux and Windows based systems, automation, configuration management, and networking. This individual will help evaluate new and existing systems and provide recommendations on upgrades or purchases. Additional deliverables include:

* Complete all required Export Control, Engineering and Cybersecurity training classes provided by client

* Conduct kick-off meeting with interna personnel to develop a high-level understanding of the tasks to be assigned.

* Inventory all assets within the test cells for each applicable site. Document obligations explained, enter it the tracking tool.

* Document the Communications of each (port, protocol) and if the device communicates on that port outside of the test cell, outside of the site, of the vault.

* Assist in interviewing Test Cell Operations teams to understand data flow from the test cell to the enterprise.

* Work with Test Systems Engineering, CTR, and DICE to modify firewall rules and networks that would allow the Test Cells to function behind a firewall within the explained reference architecture.

* Report monthly status report with metrics on how many test cells are inventoried, and the communication flows into and out of a cell

* Build reference architecture that will be used as part of the cut over using a provided template

* Operate on two-week sprints, and participate in daily scrums.

* Help Engineering Teams apply and document how they are compliant Secure Development Lifecycle.

* Help stand up technologies to help meet CMMC V2 compliance and help the teams integrate existing technologies with new technologies
