DevOps Engineering Lead I

Job Summary:

• Seeking a skilled Sr. DevOps Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management, DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud security.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golang or Python development and experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development skills in Golang or Python.

• Experience with Kubernetes, particularly in deploying and managing Kubernetes within security models.

• Proficiency in cloud security, including the development of IAM, RBAC, and security monitoring services.

• Familiarity with GitOps and DevOps models, particularly in a cloud security context.

• Ability to work on both platform and composition development within MCP.

Required Qualifications:

• Identity and Access Management – 8+ years of experience.

• DevOps – 8+ years of experience.

• Kubernetes Control – 5+ years of experience.

• RBAC – 5+ years of experience.

• Golang/Python – 5+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GitOps – 5+ years of experience.

• Good understanding of IAM concepts.

• Experience authoring policy as code (OPA/Cedar).

• Experience implementing K8 RBAC controls.

• Knowledge of security concepts (with zero-trust design principles as a plus).

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing information security on public cloud.

• Hands-on experience with automation and development.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in mobile development or cloud technology are a plus.

• Prior Client's experience – Yes/No. If yes, provide dates and details of account/project.
