Responsibilities:
The team:
This teams goal is to understand what traffic is doing on the customer website in relation to any updates. They work with developers and the business to see how traffic is interacting with different components on the site. They consistently work to improve the customer web experience by analyzing web traffic and providing insights and analytics to the team.
The role:
Our client is looking to hire a Digital Senior Analyst specialized in Adobe suite of products specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe workspace, Adobe report builder, Adobe Target, Tagging etc. The candidate should have strong analytics ability, can perform storytelling, create insights, and present the findings to the business. The role requires interaction with business, stakeholders and at the same time should have the capability to talk and understand the technical language.

Responsibilities:
Leverage data to gain insights into trends, user behavior, and user pathing to drive our digital marketing strategies.
Take various sources of data and condense it down to a coherent story with a clear conclusion and actionable insights.
Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the SME for web analytics!
Contribute to building an analytics strategy and elevate the analytics platform to achieve a data-driven digital marketing culture.
Data analysis for web projects, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc requests
Oversee tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data.
Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements.
User acceptance testing of Adobe tags and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) on various platforms.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and roadblocks for technical audiences and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:
Minimum 5 years of web analytics experience
Strong Adobe marketing cloud experience desired (Workspace, Report Builder, Data Warehouse, Target, etc.)
Power BI or Tableau
Experience with Tag Manager

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plus:
Google analytics
