The Digital Design Manager is responsible for leading and growing their direct reports and conducting creative reviews to ensure their teams designs meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrying individual high volume digital and print design workload while leading and mentoring direct reports
  • Will be lead source of delivering strong creative designs for all executive leadership creative needs, as well as key marketing channels such as emails, landing pages, banners, print and multi-platform user interfaces when needed
  • Expert understanding of mobile-first, responsive web design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which includes consistent communication with account management, design, copy and development team members
  • Able to lead their team within brand guidelines and while also pushing fresh creative treatments into designs
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and able to effectively prioritize multiple projects of their own and their team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Powerpoint
  • Extensive understanding for applying consumer direct marketing best practices which clearly delivers the key highlights to the consumer and quickly captures their attention
  • Proactively identifies redesign opportunities that will enhance the overall creative and drive stronger performance
  • Focus on staying current with the competitive travel market while being mindful to the latest trends in digital marketing industry
  • Ensures accuracy of their teams work, provides clear and actionable feedback, and is mindful of the feedback carried forward to future projects

Experience required

  • BA/BS/bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years related experience.
