Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join and support the digital marketing team of one of their top clients. This person will optimize the marketing presence of the team; the Digital Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in improving our digital marketing campaigns effectiveness through data analysis, actionable recommendations, and optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while prioritizing their workload to meet changing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data; setting up tests, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance; developing and presenting learnings from analyses; collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement measurement strategies; uncovering data insights to provide strategic recommendations; creating dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports; understanding data trends to identify anomalies; and communicating findings to colleagues and leadership. The candidate will also develop strategies to drive conversion, operate independently to manage multiple projects, and conduct research to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in the digital marketing analytics space
Proficiency in SQL coding and Tableau dashboarding. Creating and Analyzing Dashboards and manipulating data in SQL.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, particularly for paid marketing campaigns. Assisting in creating insights for paid marketing campaigns,
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
Bachelors degree in a related field (marketing, analytics)
Strong curiosity and a genuine desire to learn and expand skillset.

Experience in B2B marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Great Stakeholder presentation skills
