Client is a forward-thinking company dedicated to revolutionizing the construction industry through innovative manufactured panels. We specialize in creating sustainable building wall and roof panels, leveraging advanced design technologies and our proprietary Nexiite concrete, steel, and EPS.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Manager to lead and develop our design and estimating product. This product will leverage data from Salesforce.com, Sage 100 MRP, Autodesk Revit, and other sources to create digital design drawings (CAD) of Nexii Inc.'s standard panels, mapping them to customer design needs and developing high-level estimates. This product will be a mission-critical, evolving platform and will be designed and built as a product eventually offered for customer initiation and action.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Lead the development of a design and estimating product that integrates data from Salesforce.com, Sage 100 MRP, Autodesk Revit, and other sources.
Customer Focus: Ensure the product meets customer design needs by creating accurate and efficient digital design drawings (CAD) of Nexii Inc.'s standard panels.
Data Integration: Oversee the integration of various data sources to enhance product functionality and accuracy.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the product meets high standards of quality and performance through rigorous testing and validation.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of full-stack development experience in building commercial products. Proven hands-on experience within an Agile environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, Python, APIs, SQL, .Net, or other stacks.
Leadership: Strong leadership and matrixed team management skills.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Sage 100 MRP and Salesforce.com integration experience.
Familiarity with sustainable building practices and materials.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of Autodesk products and APIs.
