Primary Responsibilities: Project Manager supporting a health-related site responsible for assisting with the administration, design and development, and ongoing business operations.

This role works closely with the Digital Experience team and collaborates with Operations, IT, Marketing, Digital Engagement Teams, and Sales Teams users/leadership to provide expertise on how to utilize the site to provide the best customer/user experience. The ideal candidate for this role will provide support for the platform capabilities and subject matter expertise related to the end-to-end process for the creation through deployment content, as well as the tools/technologies and best practices for this channel.

Key responsibilities of the Digital Site Project Manager include the following:

  • Engage with Sales Team Users for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, uploading of content and sharing of best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal & Compliance team members to implement new solutions and to share best practices and digital marketing innovation.
  • Create and Maintain Business SOPs, digital channel standards and/or templates required by the business; provide training and education. Ensure all technical and business guidance documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Work with Marketing teams and other stakeholders to upload new content for use and send emails to communicate changes to internal and external customers.
  • Helps toprioritize and maintain product backlog.
  • Helps to define and validate product requirements for IT Operations/Development. Assess and develop platform capabilities/requests introduced by stakeholders, customers, or because of identifying new industry trends/best practices.
  • Ensure that the site meets quality and customer experience standards. Assist with pilot initiatives to implement new capabilities and to operationalize them for scale in the organization across brands or channels.
  • Provide support to the development team. Help define and coordinate technical execution for new capabilities with IT, Marketing team members and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance in collaboration with Business Teams using analytical, CX and performance tools.
  • Work collaboratively across stakeholders in the business and IT to identify and implement areas for process improvement. Works with internal stakeholder groups (marketing, sales and digital experience strategy group) to communicate the development plan to ensure assets are built within legal regulations.
  • Support promotional and legal/compliance updates of site content. Collaborate with development, templating, approvals, and design teams to create/re-approved new content using proprietary design system and customer experience best practices.


Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience, marketing agency, marketing support, and/or digital channel innovation
  • Ability to deal with high complexity projects
  • Ability to interpret analytics and customer experience insights to make data driven.
  • Subject matter expertise in digital channel operations/provisioning
  • Experience in writing guidance, playbooks and technical documentation.
  • Business Acumen, strategic thinking, problem solving and demonstrated understanding of end-to-end Digital Marketing Process.
  • Passion for working with technology products and solving customer needs.
  • Leadership and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders; displays strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Experience executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise.
  • Experience supporting B2B and/or e-commerce websites
  • Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-motivated approach.
  • Scrum/Agile experience: collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and project management skills as part of an Agile team
  • Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Looker Studio, JIRA
