Key Responsibilities:
- Complete six three-month assignments: four within DBS and two in other areas such as Sales and Marketing Organizations.
- Participate in an international assignment to work on global projects and build an international network.
- Tailored assignments that match your interests and skills, ensuring you have a business impact.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various business units to deliver impactful digital solutions.
- Enhance your skills and business understanding through exposure to key strategic initiatives.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from local and global managers.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree from various disciplines.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with a strong interest in technology and digital solutions.
- Resilience, commitment, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Openness to change and learning agility.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
