KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Advisory Marketing - Line of Business (LOB) to join our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-create the Advisory marketing strategy with the LOB Leader and develop the Advisory marketing plan for the LOB in partnership with industry; perform market research to inform competitive position against strategic growth opportunities
  • Lead the Advisory marketing strategy in partnership with LOB leaders, develop buyer personas/journeys and identify priority services/solutions/industries
  • Mine and analyze client and prospect data to continually improve messaging and evolve the client experience; lead the Advisory LOB thought leadership strategy, ensuring a differentiated POV in order to push the envelope in an evolving digital consumption landscape
  • Oversee a top-of-funnel, multi-channel Advisory execution strategy which drives qualified demand generation at clients and lead generation at prospects while shifting and improving brand perception in identified SG strategic growth priorities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Advisory LOB Business Leaders to define value proposition(s), key buyer challenges, solutions, value messages, and positioning programs/exercises
  • Establish KPIs and work with enablement teams to measure ROI against plan and continuously review/revise/optimize marketing programs; work closely with Industry marketing leads and one shared Advisory marketing enablement professional to monitor spend against KPIs to analyze marketing effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to LOB business leaders

Qualifications:
  • Minimum fifteen years of strategic marketing experience in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Experience in marketing plan development, budgeting, activation, strategy, analysis and execution; solid experience in market plan development
  • Strong relationship manager and experience facilitating diverse stakeholders around complex issues
  • Significant project management experience
