Description

The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate FP&A, this role is responsible for the preparation of analysis and presentations requiring in-depth knowledge of the business and all related macro issues including geopolitical impacts, market impacts, foreign exchange impacts, inflation, competition, etc. Responsible for coordinating across regions, brands, functional departments, channels, and segments. This individual will contribute in the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for the CFO to be delivered to various stakeholders in the company, including a current "state of the business.

1. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive ongoing presentation materials that deliver timely and actionable insights for Executive Management for key internal and external meetings, including Board of Directors, ELTA/ELT, and SDG.

2. Perform routine and ad hoc analytics of financials, drawing conclusions and proposing recommendations in order to support Executive Management decisions, where applicable.

3. Maintain reporting library of critical dimensions of the financial landscape, including Plan, Estimate, and LRP.

4. Assist in compiling and publishing key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent sales, profit, and operating expense reporting to Senior Management to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company's investments.

5. Creation of narrative insights into the business including margin impact of shifts of business mix, brand, regions, segment, and channel trends.

6. Develop expertise in relevant systems, with proficiency in OneStream, PowerBI.

7. Build collaborative relationships with Brands, Regions, and Corporate partners.

8. Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization.

9. Effectively multitask to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

• 8+ years of relevant work experience that includes some combination of corporate finance / accounting

• Strong analytical and presentation preparation skills

• Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively

• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Financial system knowledge and experience (i.e., OneStream, CPM, Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills

U.S Corporate/Office Exempt Roles (Equity Eligible)
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550 to $208,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
