-Lead and build a team of data analysts, data enigneers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of
continuous learning and professional development.
Develop and evolve impact frameworks to help digital data platform and product managers proiritize product releases
based on impact
Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to build a global data strategy and design data platforms to
enable our Fuchs 2025 vision and support data driven decision making for North America
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into
actionable analytics solutions.
Organization advocate for data governance and partners to legal & Privacy, Information security and other teams within
the organization tasked to uphold data compliance & integrity.
Utilize advance analytics techniques such as ML, AI to drive data-based decisions on Microsoft platform (Azure)
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance
and inform strategic decision-making, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Azure Fabric, Mulesoft, and Power Plaform.
Manage the end-to-end process of data collection, storage, and governance, ensuring compliance with relevant
regulations and standards, utilizing platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce and SAP.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and performance metrics to
stakeholders at all levels of the organization, utilizing tools such as Cognos reporting and Power Platforms.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting data literacy and awareness throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree
preferred.
10-15 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in
leading complex projects and delivering actionable insights.
Director, Data and Analytics
Strong technical skills in data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL,
Python, R,, Power BI, etc.), with proficiency in Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, SAP, Cognos reporting, and Power
Platforms preferred.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g.,
Hadoop, Spark, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving continuous
improvement.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
