Our client, an iconic, global CPG company, is looking to hire an Insights and Analytics Manager to join their corporate Marketing team. This role is responsible for translating panel and point of sale data into impactful business insights and strategies. This Insights and Analytics Manager is a highly impactful individual contributor role that will be able to extract actionable insights from data, synthesize trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on the "so what, now what".

Insights and Analytics Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the articulation of insights based on the data, driving both short-term and long-term strategies
• Lead monthly reporting based on panel and scanner / point of sale data
• Analyze and make recommendations based on insights and data
• Lead price / pack architecture work for both short-term and long-term
• Collaborate with and gather input from cross-functional partners to help identify and explain key insights and trends
• Manage data partnerships (ex: IRI and/or Nielsen), ensuring effective communication, data access and utilization services

Insights and Analytics Manager Requirements:

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in analytics roles within the consumer goods industry, retail industry or related industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA/Masters preferred)
• Demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with IRA and/or Nielsen data reporting and analysis
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills, turning insights into action
• Prior experience with consumer research tools and techniques
