Summary:

As a Director of Analytics and Insights at ADT, you are the shield safeguarding a new era of digital integration. In this exciting new role, you will lead data orchestration across our digital customer experience transforming raw metrics into actionable strategies that resonate with every digital touchpoint including eCommerce. You'll be an embedded partner within our Digital Experience team surrounded by a team of DX experts who will use your insights to make great decisions at speed. You're an integral part of our next chapter, not just analyzing data; you're narrating the story of our customer's journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analytics Strategy: Architect and refine a comprehensive digital analytics framework that aligns with ADT's mission.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Unearth insights from customer behavior to guide the Digital Experience team in scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Optimization: Harness marketing campaign and customer data, blending both engagement and transaction data, to understand and spotlight enhancement opportunities across the digital customer journey.
  • Performance Tracking: Oversee and fine-tune the mechanisms that capture and report digital interactions, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner across the matrix to champion initiatives that are anchored in robust data and focused on enriching the customer experience.
  • Communication: Present complex findings in an accessible manner to senior leadership, facilitating strategic dialogue and action.
  • Innovation: Continually scan the horizon for advancements in analytics, integrating them to elevate our digital edge.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of digital marketing analytics
  • 3-5 years of managing teams and/or cross-functional projects
  • Industry Insight: Background in technology or security sectors where digital touchpoints are critical in customer experience.
  • Digital Analytics Acumen: Proven expertise in digital analytics with a focus on the end-to-end customer journey.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Educational Foundation: Preferably a Master's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

The salary range for this role is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
