Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Here is what you will need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of marketing and/or digital experience, with a focus on growth marketing and digital roles. Hands on experience driving a brand or managing a product is preferred. Retail, Consumer, or Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Digital & Growth Marketing Expertise: Broad understanding of various growth marketing channels with deep expertise in a few select areas (e.g., eCommerce, email marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, D2C marketing).
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Project Management: Ability to effectively execute multiple initiatives and campaigns.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating complex organizations and adapting strategies to changing business needs


A Day in the Life of a Director, Digital and Growth Marketing:
  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Utilize patient and market insights to identify and develop growth opportunities focused on digital initiatives and patient segmentation strategies.
    • Manage the website design and online scheduler to optimize the patient booking experience and increase conversion rate.
    • Lead and manage marketing agencies to execute paid digital marketing strategies while managing the budget for these channels.
    • Create go-to-market strategies for our direct-to-consumer cash pay offerings, including AI add-ons, and execute those strategies across cross-functional teams.
    • Drive occasional email marketing campaign strategies to enhance patient engagement.
    • Optimize digital traffic drivers, including SEO, Google Reviews, and UX/UI improvements.
    • Manage performance analytics and reporting for digital channels.
    • Partner with the Patient Engagement team to improve triggered patient journeys (e.g, SMS and email appointment reminders) and optimize CRM strategies.
    • Champion new projects and initiatives that align with organizational growth objectives and embody an entrepreneurial spirit.
