Your Job

As the leader of our Data & Analytics Architect team, your primary responsibility is to oversee the design & development of our enterprise data & analytics platform and solutions. Your role involves managing a team of technical professionals across data & analytics platform & framework design and development, aligning technology solutions to solve business problems, and data product design.

Our Team

Overall, as the leader of our Data & Analytics Architect team, you will play a key role in driving the successful optimization and continued implementation of our enterprise data & analytics platform, leading a team of technical professionals, while driving value for the business and people.

What You Will Do
  • Planning, organizing, and executing the technical design & development of our enterprise data & analytics platform. Provide oversight on technical design and development decisions, plan future improvements & optimizations and effective support to enable business value through technology innovation and improvements.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals, including solution architects and data designers in a global operating model. Provide guidance, coaching and support, while fostering a collaborative work environment for individual fulfilment/growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technology solutions and delivery/support plans.
  • Leverage expertise in data & analytics cloud technologies to develop competitively advantaged data & analytics capabilities and solutions.
  • Work closely with data & analytics


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience in data & analytics solutioning, design, development, administration, or support with knowledge of cloud data & analytics services & patterns (AWS, data engineering, data lakes, data products, analytics consumption tools)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams and develop talent.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions evaluating alternatives and trade-offs that create the highest long-term value.
  • Effective executive communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in a complex business environment
