Twinbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Admissions who completes day to day tasks regarding admission, discharge, and/or transfer of residents in accordance with local, state and federal standards and regulations, as well as established facility policies and procedures.

Director of Admissions Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.
• Must have three years experience with demonstrated success in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home, or other related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Director of Admissions Responsibilities:

• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to move-in
• Conduct tours of the facility and provide information to potential residents and families
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure that all admissions meet facility criteria
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals and physicians
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to admissions
