Director of IT Operations

Direct Hire

Pay: $150-175K (depending on experience) PLUS bonus

Austin, TX - 2 days remote

We are working with a client that needs to hire a Director of IT Operations . This person will have 6 direct reports and help free up some of the Vice President's time by acquiring some of his responsibilities. This person needs to have an infrastructure/technical background, strong emotional intelligence, and proven leadership experience. This director will be overseeing technical departments that include desktop engineering, cellular devices, IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Executive Support.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure the integration of IT services with company needs and growth, aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives.
• Oversee the management of IT assets and ensure compliance with all software licensing and management of hardware inventory.
• Provide executive support and ensure the highest level of service and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business strategy and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster an environment of innovation within the teams.
• Manage department budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
