We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage comprehensive logistics operations spanning various sales channels. Responsibilities include strategic planning, flawless execution, and ongoing enhancement of logistics functions to guarantee smooth operations, cost-effectiveness, and outstanding customer service within diverse business frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies tailored for E-commerce, B2B, B2C, and Brick-and-Mortar (BM) channels.
• Manage the logistics budget
• Conduct market analysis and forecast logistical needs
• Supervise warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities across multiple channels.
• Ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment, overseeing the entire order-to-delivery process.
• Implement inventory control best practices to minimize costs and optimize availability.
• E-commerce: Enhance customer experience through optimized last-mile delivery, returns management, and packaging solutions.
• Ensure punctual delivery of bulk orders, manage freight logistics, and nurture strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate logistics for physical stores, including replenishment, stock transfers, and in-store inventory management.
• Integrate e-commerce platforms, ERP, and warehouse management systems (WMS) seamlessly.
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and superior service standards.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Establish clear performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and offer training and development opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on logistics operations, highlighting accomplishments and areas for enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field
• 8+ years of logistics experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong leadership abilities
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience with E-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and WMS
• Familiar with international logistics and global supply chain managements
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
