Advise clients as the primary consultant throughout the construction phase of their site, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Develop and articulate comprehensive project strategies while overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure project success.
Maintain regular communication with program management staff to provide updates on project status, identify leads, capitalize on opportunities, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Presenting and selling our team approach method of providing consulting services to prospective clients.
Demonstrate and understand working knowledge of correctional security technology.
Provide oversight and support for program management, integrating planning and design operations and assigning staff according to project needs.
Evaluate internal staffing requirements to effectively deliver services and achieve strategic market objectives.
Utilize strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Construction Contract Administration standards, harmonizing goals between and clients.
Lead Change Order Negotiation processes, uphold rigorous quality standards, and address project deficiencies promptly.
Monitor and manage the intricacies of Detention/Correctional Construction, Hardware Installation, and related aspects.
Implement best practices in signage, wayfinding, and Security Electronics & Communications systems.
Oversee budgeting and financial practices for facilities and agencies, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, Program Management Team, and Startup Transition and Activation team to facilitate on-time project completion and seamless facility operations.
Support the executive team in strategic business development and planning for business units, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Lead initiatives to achieve priority goals, evaluating outcomes to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes consistency in strategic and operational approaches across the organization.
Perform additional duties as necessary to meet organizational needs and support overall objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience working within the construction industry on the GC or Owners representative side
Experience working with Program budgets of over 500 million
Experience managing projects for correctional facilities, county/city jails, courthouses, or police stations
Thorough understanding of correctional operations concepts and practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships both internally and externally.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or related software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pluses
- CCM, PMP, LEED AP
Experience with 1 billion dollar programs
