We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Ticket Operations with a passion for customer service and growing the Santa Barbara Sky brand in the community. This position will manage the overall ticket operations at Harder Stadium on the campus of UC Santa Barbara and will work closely with the ticket sales staff in the fulfillment of customer ticket needs.

Qualifications:
A four-year college degree
Previous experience with tier one ticket systems
Previous ticketing and ticket box office management experience is preferred
Compensation:
Salary range of $50,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Ticket Operations with a passion for customer service and growing the Santa Barbara Sky brand in the community. This position will manage the overall ticket operations at Harder Stadium on the campus of UC Santa Barbara and will work closely with the ticket sales staff in the fulfillment of customer ticket needs.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- To work all 20 Santa Barbara Sky home games at Harder Stadium
- To follow instructions provided by management
- Learn, teach and use the ticket system, FanThreeSixty and Hubspot to manage accounts
- Be the ultimate authority on the ticketing system and field all questions from staff
- Manage all aspects of the box office including set-up, staffing, clean up, etc.
- Develop seat maps and ticket manifests for all matches and additional special events at Harder Stadium
- Provide a high level of service to all ticketed Santa Barbara Sky and Harder Stadium customers
- Visit customers during home games and address any issues they may have
- Participate in team sales training and sales development sessions
- Attend team functions
- Train and oversee ticket interns and seasonal box office staff
- Assume the sales, service and management of a limited number of season ticket and mini plan accounts
- Sell single-game tickets as needed
- Assist corporate ticket sales team in the placement of tickets, ticket execution, invoicing, creation of collateral, delivery and the general service of accounts
- Process and reconcile ticketing payments in the ticket system
- Assist the group and season ticket sales team with the service of accounts
- Manage non-game day and all single game ticket sales activities
- Contribute to the process of developing single-game, season and mini-plan packages including pricing, exact offerings and rollout
- Other duties as described by the SVP of Technology & Business Operations
