Duties:
- Execute against sales program operations plan, mission, and key performance indicators
- Manage sales performance and development of assigned representatives
- Function as single point of contact for the client team within the assigned territory
- Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, team personnel, and management
- Provide strategic written communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems
- Communicate goals and results to Program Director on routine basis
- Travel around 60% of time to conduct store visits within assigned territory, adhering to the guidelines of ActionLink's Travel and Expense Policies
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales related experience
- Supervisory experience leading or training sales teams, ideally within a district territory or multi-unit retail environment
- Must reside near central territory area
- Must be willing and able to travel locally by vehicle and nationally by plane
- Persuasive interpersonal ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels, from client interaction to field rep coaching
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Able to work Wednesdays through Sundays
