Our eCommerce Warehouse Management Solutions help high-growth direct-to-consumer brands and retailers to deliver a consistent customer experience. We transform warehouse and inventory management to work within our proven playbook for e-commerce fulfillment. Our warehouse management system uses an Android mobile app to automate workflows, ensuring accurate inventory, order picking, and timely shipping. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business acumen, technical background, and commercial mindset to be our next eCommerce & WMS Solutions Consultant, with the ambition to develop as a subject matter expert in a fast-growing global team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a strong, multinational team of solutions consultants and account executives, engaging in complex sales cycles.
- As a critical member of the sales team, help drive discovery processes to qualify opportunities from both business and technical perspectives.
- Analyze the customer's business realities and requirements, identifying areas for business improvement.
- Utilize insights gained from customer requirements and your deep understanding of solution capabilities to articulate the business impact our solutions can bring.
- Design a winning approach with a clear, value-driven message, supporting the delivery of winning presentations, proposals (RFx), and management of other customer communications during the pursuit of an opportunity.
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations to support sales engagement and convince customer stakeholders, with a focus on customer centricity and long-term loyalty.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to help them achieve their business objectives, maintaining healthy relationships, uncovering upsell opportunities, and driving advocacy.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between the company and assigned customers, ensuring their technical requirements and objectives are met.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through coordinated calls and ongoing connections.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot application issues, proactively addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's technical and business strategies, objectives, and requirements, identifying needs and proposing solutions that accelerate their success.
- Educate customers on the best practices of operating our WMS solutions through powerful presentations and demonstrations.
- Become a subject matter expert in warehouse operations software.
- Increase customer advocacy for referrals, case studies, and press releases.
Required Education and Skills:
- 3-6 years of technical sales and/or pre-sales experience, ideally with SaaS solutions.
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales, implementation, or support in logistics.
- Domain experience in logistics and supply chain, such as eCommerce or warehouse management systems, is an asset.
- Experience in data analysis and modeling to understand current state and measure against future state.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to present to both small and large groups and senior stakeholders, remotely and onsite.
- University degree or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 USD (Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only.
