Responsibilities:
The Divisional Manager of Enterprise Asset Management is responsible for supporting long term EAM project goals and division sustainment needs such as asset updates, data quality, usage analysis, changed reporting needs and day-to-day support. The incumbent will:
- Provide direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of new EAM projects, ensuring consistency with Subways EAM program strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to both elicit support and report on progress.
- Facilitate training for new employees and newly deployed projects and coordinates distribution of mobile devices for data entry.
Education and Experience:
- A Baccalaureate in business administration, finance, computer science, marketing, engineering or a satisfactory equivalent and a minimum of six (6) years of experience and at least three (3) years of which must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven experience delivering projects on time and on budget as well as experience working with executive leadership to advance projects at NYCT.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of NYCT rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
