Responsibilities:

* Represent DOVE at a variety of community service sites
* Be present for mandatory work days and scheduled hours
* Attend open houses/promotional events on behalf of the DOVE office
* Be a welcoming presence to all visitors
* Answer office phones, take messages, send emails to volunteers
* Keep office clean and organized
* Post publicity for upcoming events
* Be attentive regarding all DOVE PR (the Setonian, flyers, broadcast emails, etc.)
* Take on the role as program coordinator for at least two weekly programs
* Recruit students for volunteer programs
* Lead reflection after service
* Be involved in the planning of some of DOVE's larger scale events

Qualifications:

• Experience with community outreach and volunteerism. Familiarity with department/office procedures. Knowledge of specific software programs as needed.
• Must have Federal Work Study for this position.
• Desired: Ability to drive volunteers in 12-passenger van as needed
