The California Energy Bond Office (CEBO) manages utility regulatory matters, participates in rate setting proceedings with the California Public Utilities Commission and manages a bond program.

Under the direction of the Supervisor for the Financial Management Section of CEBO, the incumbent will assist in the management of the DWR Charge Fund (DCF) created by Assembly Bill (AB) 1054 and the Electric Power Fund (EPF) created by AB 1X. Responsibilities of this position include assisting in performing engineering and economic analysis for forecasting and tracking revenue from electricity retail sales, preparing monthly energy and financial operations reports to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), preparing regulatory filings, reviewing regulatory decisions and monitoring proceedings with the CPUC, calculating weekly and monthly payments to vendors, managing the issuance of bonds and debt service, if bonds issued, and preparation of engineering and economic reports, metrics and presentations.
