An aviation company located in Englewood, CO is looking for an Electrical Engineer II to join their team. This individual will be responsible for creating, verifying, and distributing electrical and avionics engineering work products. These items include (but are not limited to) drawings, electronic models, technical reports, product specifications, test reports, manufacturing specifications. They will also provide support for certification activities by assisting with preparation and coordination of documents and technical issues related to the certification of DAS/ODA and/or FAA STC projects and FAA Field Approvals. This individual will be proficient in AutoCAD and have 3+ years of experience related to aircraft electrical/ avionics system. The pay is around $60-$65/hr and the contract will be 6-12 months with possible conversion/ extension.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience related to aircraft electrical/ avionics system
- Strong understanding of FAA certification processes and aircraft operations.
- Ability to Interpret and use aircraft manufacturers maintenance manuals, equipment installation instructions, and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in Autocad

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering
