Electrical Engineer

Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their clients growing team. This person will be a major contributor for next-generation ideas and product development processes. They should come from an Electrical Engineering background with about 1-2 years of exposure to creating power distribution systems. On a daily basis this person will be responsible for taking customer requests and designing the systems to distribute power to charging pedestals for Electric Vehicles. They will also be relied on to evaluate projects and create task breakdowns and manpower estimates. This candidate should be comfortable operating in a team environment with the ability to accomplish tasks independently without much supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

B.S. Computer Engineering or B.S. Electrical Engineering

1-2 years of demonstrated practical experience in Electrical Enginere -- internships, project work acceptable.

1-2 years of exposure to a power distribution related Electrical Engineering environment

Comfortability with any modern schematics software -- SolidWorks highly preferred

Proven experience creating wiring schematics and wiring diagrams to meet customer requests
