Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Power Distribution Program Manager to lead utility-scale power assessment projects in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current power infrastructure, forecasting future power demands, and implementing sustainable solutions to optimize power delivery systems.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of the existing power infrastructure in the CNMI.
- Develop and deploy predictive models to anticipate future power requirements and propose efficient solutions.
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of power infrastructure initiatives.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with local authorities, utility companies, and other key stakeholders to align project objectives with regional power strategies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
- Travel to project sites in the CNMI as needed for project implementation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in utility-scale power projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing power infrastructure assessments and large-scale energy initiatives.
- Proficiency in modeling software and data analysis tools for effective decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to the CNMI for project management and execution.

- Ability to travel to project sites in the CNMI, which may involve long-distance flights and extended periods away from home.
- Capability to navigate varied terrain and work environments during on-site project visits.
- Flexibility to adjust to different climates and working conditions in the CNMI, including exposure to outdoor elements.
- Capacity to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30 pounds during fieldwork and site assessments.
