Employee Experience Program Manager, Trustworthy Shopping Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Program Manager to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team and support a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the roadmap to improve the employee experience for our 9,000+ person global organization. This role will drive insights on employee satisfaction and org culture, ideate on solutions, set prioritization, execute on the project roadmap, author strategic communications on behalf of leadership, and report on associated goals and metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful improvement of employee experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid ownership, willingness to dive deep, and maintain focus on delivering results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and measuring employee experience projects that align with our business objectives. You will be a steward of the employee experience, and help deliver as we strive to be Earth's Best Employer.
Key job responsibilities
• \tManage projects from inception to completion, including small, medium, and large-scale projects across the Trustworthy Shopping Experience organization
• \tDevelop detailed project plans and schedules, identify resources needed, and assign responsibilities
• \tContinuously monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure timelines and goals are met. Proactively identify and resolve issues, including escalations when obstacles or blockers arise
• \tAssist with employee research initiatives that help us identify pain points and opportunities to improve our strategies
• \tDive deep into engagement data to surface trends, opportunities, and successes
• \tWrite strategic communications on behalf of leadership to improve the flow of information across the organization
• \tWrite status report documents for internal and leadership review of current projects and strategic priorities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in human resources, strategic communications, employee engagement programs, community building, organization development, or diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
