The role you'll contribute: he Central Florida Division - South (CFD-S) onboarding employee health manager is responsible for managing the day [1] to-day operations of the onboarding employee health clinics as well as assisting in maintaining the employee health and safety programs within the region. This management position will be responsible for assisting in the design and delivery of high-quality clinical processes for nursing and support staff within the onboarding space and sharing of best practices with other divisions of AdventHealth. Collaborates with other department managers to ensure smooth and efficient processes at the recruitment service center as well as collaboration with hospital managers including infection prevention, post-exposure nurses, and regulatory and compliance departments. This position requires the consistent demonstration of excellence in customer-focused behaviors, as well as being an example of the core values of AdventHealth. Promotes the concept of "one culture" throughout the AHS facilities for a consistent patient experience. The value you'll bring to the team:

• Manages activities of occupational health programs related to new hire onboarding, vaccine administration and management, facility based occupational health programs, blood and body fluid exposure, return to work, and compliance with pertinent regulatory requirements.

• Leads onboarding employee health, as well as hospital-based facility employee health clinic teams (RN, LPN, PRC, and Clerical positions).

• Establish and implement appropriate staffing and hours of operation to suit both the needs of the department and the customers served to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care as defined by the facilities standards of care.

• Tracks and monitors budget for onboarding employee health activities including ordering of supplies and relating expenses.

• Manages ongoing education and development of effective processes and identifies needs for further education, including identifying areas for quality improvement.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

• 1 or more years of experience in an employee/occupational health setting

• 3 or more years of direct patient care as a nurse

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

• State of Florida RN license

• CPR- BLS

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing or Public Health

• 1 Years' experience in leading a team

• Experience in management in a medical facility.

• License reciprocity for other states: e-NLC a plus

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing
