Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Health Needs Assessment/Community Benefit Reporting Manager to lead the development and implementation of our hospital's community health needs assessment (CHNA) process, in collaboration with All4HealthFL, and community benefit reporting efforts. This position will play a crucial role in managing the CHNA priority health needs identified by the community, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve health outcomes for children and families, directing community benefit reporting by appropriate departments, and managing reporting for executives, departments, and Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community health assessment, program planning, or related field, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
