Job Description :

Develops maintenance procedures, defining maintenance steps, equipment, tools, times and personnel requirements.
• Enters maintenance procedures and associated task data into a database. Additional work to be performed:
• Provides technical inputs for analyses to determine the most cost-effective alternatives for performing maintenance tasks over the life of the system.
• Identifies and defines which parts of a system can be repaired or removed and replaced.
• Develops and writes technical documentation, makes revisions to existing documentation, and provides input to technical presentations.
• Presents project technical results and recommendations to internal customers.

Required Skill Set :
• Experience using a database.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Maintenance procedures development experience.

Desired Skills Set :
• Two years working as a Maintainability Engineer, Logistics Engineer, RAM Engineer, or similar with experience developing maintenance tasks and entering these tasks into Slicwave.
• If the candidate does not know Slicwave, alternative experience with Raytheon's Eagle software or the Army's PowerLOGj software is a big plus.

Education Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
