Description

Verily is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive member engagement in the Verily Me app and our clinical research portfolio. You will work hand in hand with the marketing team and other cross-functional partners to identify organizational needs, strategies to win, execute campaigns, measure results, and optimize performance. These duties may include developing strategies to boost engagement, member and participant engagement journey creation, audience analysis, semi-annual planning, and budget management. All with the goal of elevating the member and participant experience, creating more meaningful engagement with the app, meeting the needs of our clinical research partners, and working towards a unified "One Verily."

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product marketing, corporate marketing, and paid media teams to ensure company-level KPIs are attained.
  • Establish and lead planning processes for engagement for Verily Me and clinical research projects. This includes cross-team collaboration with Creative, Clinical, Data Analytics, Product, Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, and other teams as necessary.
  • Execute campaigns to drive member and participant engagement. This includes measuring the results of these initiatives, deriving insights, and optimizing performance based on these insights.
  • Internally champion team-wide improvements including organizational education on engagement marketing initiatives for Verily Me and clinical research projects, refining existing internal processes, and creating a more seamless cross-functional work experience. This work helps us be "One Verily" by working faster and smarter together.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal and executive communication skills.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of B2C experience within healthcare marketing with an emphasis on member/participant engagement leveraging email, SMS, push notifications, etc.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with an ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment, influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Creative and methodical problem solving: bring people together to understand needs, identify options, form hypotheses, make decisions and learn faster through feedback.
  • Results focus: prioritize, plan, coordinate, track and evaluate projects, programs and processes, with a strong emphasis on learning and continuous improvement.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
