About this team

Lululemon's technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an Engineer to join our team and design, mature, and drive our Identity Governance roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.

A day in the life:

As an Engineer at lululemon, you will play a central role in our engineering team, contributing across the entire development and operations lifecycle, from pre-production to production. You'll be backed by a robust engineering team and established best practices and may be required to provide on-call support when necessary. A strong focus on security is essential for success in this role, as you'll be involved in application integrations and the management of access and permissions to critical resources.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies
  • Perform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices
  • Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
  • Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends
  • Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice
  • Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems
  • Perform reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture is preferred, though candidates with significant and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
  • Two to four+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering. Azure required (AWS a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT space.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management/Security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with task management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Background in developing solutions for retail or eCommerce businesses, with additional experience in related fields such as manufacturing and logistics, supply chain, or corporate shared services.
  • Experience in cloud configuration and technologies, including SAML, OIDC, Privileged Access Management (PAM), group management, and user management.
  • In addition, the role demands proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across all engineering and operational activities.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$117,500 - $132,200annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
