Position Overview

The Enterprise Applications Developer will build and manage solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining applications that support the firm's legal and business operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom business tools using the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and reporting with PowerBI.
  • SharePoint Online Management: Oversee the administration, customization, and optimization of SharePoint Online sites, ensuring efficient document management, collaboration, and workflow automation tailored to the legal environment.
  • Software Management: Assist, maintain, and administer various legal-specific and other software applications at the firm. Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues and work with non-IT stakeholders to patch and maintain these systems.
  • Technical Solutions Collaboration: Foster a close working relationship with legal and business stakeholders, actively gathering their requirements, providing your technical expertise, and co-creating innovative solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the firm.
  • Security and Compliance: Help ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of applications and data within the Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of Azure and Microsoft 365 application issues.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for application configurations, setup procedures, and IT processes to ensure usability and maintainability of IT solutions.
  • Technology Monitoring: Keep a keen eye on the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies, proactively integrating new features and capabilities into the firm's IT strategy and ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role and the need for continuous learning.

Working Conditions
  • Job is performed in a typical office environment, subject to the Firm's policy on In-Office Work Arrangements.
  • May be required to work extended hours, which may include evenings or weekends.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Legal industry experience is helpful but not required.

Special Knowledge
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration and development.
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance within Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Technical Skills
  • Experience with integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with legal industry-specific applications and requirements.

Qualifications
  • Highly skilled IT Azure and Microsoft 365 Applications Expert.
