Job Summary:
As the Enterprise Project Manager at Erlanger, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing and managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects, with a strong emphasis on operational projects that incorporate critical IT components. You will embody and advocate for best practices, methodologies, standards, and artifacts in the field of project management. The Enterprise Project Manager will guide projects from their original concept through final implementation.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and operational considerations. The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project development and implementation, acting as a single point of contact for their projects. This role demands professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional organization, along with a commitment to punctuality.
The Enterprise Project Manager is a strong communicator, both in writing and orally, and will collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and operations to ensure that IT deliverables and business needs are met within the context of operational projects. At times, the Enterprise Project Manager may function as a business analyst, systems analyst, or workflow analyst, identifying barriers to success and offering potential solutions to stakeholders.
This role also involves congenial collaboration with other executives, business/functional managers, project managers, analysts, operational team members, and vendors. The individual has extensive knowledge and experience in their field, providing valuable insights and guidance to others based on their expertise. They will report to an IT Program Manager and work closely with all levels of staff within the organization, including managers, directors, and C-level executives. The Enterprise Project Manager will have a collaborative mindset and take ownership of the projects assigned, even in the face of moderate to high job-related stress.

Required:
1. High School Diploma (linked to experience requirement below)

3. Bachelor's Degree (linked to experience requirement below)
Experience:
Required:
12 years' experience in one or more of the following Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with High School Diploma. 7 of the 12 years of experience must have been formal Project Management Execution [PM Title]
OR
10 years' experience in one or more of the following Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with Associate's Degree. 6 of the 10 years of experience must have been formal Project Management Execution [PM Title]
OR
8 years experience in one or more of the following Healthcare, IT, and/or Project Management with Bachelor's Degree. 5 of the 8 years of experience must have been formal Project Management Execution [PM Title]
AND
An understanding of information technology and healthcare is necessary. Formal PMO Experience in years

PMP, in good standing
Valid Driver's Licenses
