You will lead a high-performing team focused on closing new business and account opportunities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, product development, and delivery teams. You will work closely with facility management teams and senior executive teams heading up Sustainability and Property Portfolio Management, helping them understand how our products can transform their building operations.

10+ Years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience

7+ Years of Sales Management Experience

Ability to Travel 70% Domestically

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proven track record in enterprise sales in the building or commercial real estate domains.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building management solutions, and digital transformation in real estate.

Familiarity with sustainability practices and technological advancements in building management.

Strong network in the commercial real estate sector.
