Job Summary
The position is in the Identity Governance and Administration team with primary focus on PeopleSoft security administration, design, and development to support campus-wide PeopleSoft applications such as Campus Solutions v9.2, HCM v.9.2, Financials v.9.2.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field
Six (6) years of design and development experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, or other ERP system
Six (6) years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and support
Three (3) years of experience working in the Higher Education space
Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience will be considered

Preferred Education and Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the unified multi-portal system

• Manage the fluid objects security and migration of the fluid objects

• Manage cross pillar navigation unified cross pillar global search

• Manage portal web profiles

• Configure and manage dynamic profile creation and single sign-on for unified navigation across multiple pillars

• Manage portal registry structure and content references

• Ensure the user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security

• Act as liaison with internal and external user community to resolve PeopleSoft security related issues and conduct accurate evaluations of the level of security required

• Interface with the user community to understand their security needs and implement procedures to accommodate them

• Devise improvements to current procedures that may include workflow analysis and weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to management

• Evaluate security requests to ensure consistency with job responsibilities and internal controls

• Develop and maintain permission lists and roles in various PeopleSoft environments

• Develop complex PeopleSoft and Oracle queries and reports for use by both the IT Security Branch and the Audit Department

• Design customized user templates in PeopleSoft as needed

• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft query, tree, and object security access definitions

• Develop and maintain documentation and checklists for internal processes

• Support upgrade team initiatives for PeopleSoft PUMs and maintain application security configuration information

• Migrate PeopleSoft security objects to production environment from non-production environment. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in collaboration with the functional and the technical staf
