Job Description
Education:
• Graduated from, a Bachelor's or MS program.
• Ideally industrial or safety or environmental engineering degree.
• Knowledge in environmental and safety aspects and regulations is mandatory.

• Lead the creation and implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety programs
• Drive a safety & Environmental culture
• Manage the safety risks and hazards program across facilities and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as system champion; monitoring data for KPI reporting, validate safety-related data submitted.
• Manage training program for Safety and Environmental requirements, including thorough job-specific safety inductions for new associates.
• Manage internal audit and corrective action program including audit records with evidence of compliance.
• Connect with operational stakeholders and Security to work in a coordinated way.
• Be an active key member of the emergency brigades and maintain the emergency response procedures updated, incorporating the latest learnings from drills and other sources of information.
• Conduct data analytics on safety performance and recommend enhancements.
• Perform trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for early intervention.
• Develop communications on safe work practices and incidents.
• Develop relationships with safety leadership and team members to identify and share best practices across the organization.
