• Manage training program for Safety and Environmental requirements, including thorough job-specific safety inductions for new associates.
• Manage internal audit and corrective action program including audit records with evidence of compliance.
• Connect with operational stakeholders and Security to work in a coordinated way.
• Be an active key member of the emergency brigades and maintain the emergency response procedures updated, incorporating the latest learnings from drills and other sources of information.
• Conduct data analytics on safety performance and recommend enhancements.
• Perform trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for early intervention.
• Develop communications on safe work practices and incidents.
• Develop relationships with safety leadership and team members to identify and share best practices across the organization.
