We have an exciting opportunity to join the Jacobs team supporting the Fort Huachuca training mission. In this role you will support the customer in conducting, developing, and reviewing projects and reports and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents in support of scheduled Fort Huachuca missions and training requirements. The ideal candidate will assist the customer in developing, reviewing, and managing all NEPA products including Records of Environmental Consideration (REC), Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and a variety of reports, studies, and other actions in accordance with US Army, Federal Regulations, and Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations. You will be required to write and review requirements under NEPA, execute long range planning and integration of data, patterns, or research in diverse subject matter fields such as biological assessments, cultural resource surveys and assessments, endangered species surveys and studies, geological analysis, soil erosion, and biological analysis. You will assist the customer in establishing priorities for data collection, survey, or research, followed by critically evaluating results and findings into final NEPA documents. You will be required to interpret and prepare reports on a wide range of wildlife, environmental, recreational, cultural, rangeland, invasive species and migration issues during scheduled field training exercises. You will provide advisory and/or specialized services on principles, techniques, and strategies to reduce resource or environmental impacts which are consistent with US Army natural and cultural resource management program goals and objectives.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in biology, natural resources, environmental planning, or other natural resource related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience, skills, and expertise in environmental planning and NEPA project requirements.
- Must have experience interpreting relevant environmental regulations and understanding NEPA processes and the NEPA framework.
- Must have prior experience with management and oversight of NEPA projects and in the implementation of new and streamlined approaches to support NEPA compliance.
