Equipment Production Technician

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Equipment Production Technician to join our team located in San Antonio, T X . The Equipmen t Production Technician will assemble and test various gas handling equipment

Responsibilities

• To assemble and test gas various gas handling systems for Linde customers

• Build gas systems for internal use and R&D experimentation

• Ability to read schematics/wiring diagrams and be proficient with the use of various hand tools

• To test the above assemblies for pressure, leak integrity and functionality

• To adhere to all pertinent procedures as well as all Linde gases policies

• To perform on site work as required

• To complete and maintain appropriate production records and documentation

• Maintain general cleanliness of the production area

• Work towards general goals of the company

• Perform duties of shipping clerk

• Provide technical support as needed

• Ability to work independently

Qualifications:
Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent preferred
• Other mechanically technical experience
• Basic wiring knowledge
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Mechanical trouble shooting skills
• Self motivated with solid organizational skills
• Abi lity to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with little or no supervision
• Ability to think creatively
• Full understanding of the function, procedures, and processes as they relate to various gas handling systems.
• Strong mechanical trouble shooting ability
• Provide technical support as needed
• Always Behaving in a safe manner
• A valid driver's license with reliable means of transportation
