Job Title: ERP Manufacturing/ Shop Floor Control Coordinator

Department: ERP

Reports To: Director of ERP

Purpose of Position:

The ERP Manufacturing/ Shop Floor Control Coordinator is a support role. The main function is to be the interface between manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Production, Planning, Inventory and Finance for all items pertaining to the ERP System (SyteLine). This would include but not limited to Routing input, run times, machine schedules, material issues, Job Order Release and Movement accuracy and item costs.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing and/or related Industry is required.
• Experience as a shop floor supervisor, scheduler or Planner is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team, communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Previous manufacturing experience, particularly with interactions with floor level end users and back-office workers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; knowledge of Infor SyteLine would be a plus.

Description of Job Duties:

• Assist ERP Administrator with transactional data validation/ input.
• Coordinate and follow-up with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning and Inventory resources to ensure tasks and key accuracy points are completed in a timely manner.
• Create and update end users' ERP training documentation as necessary.
• Investigate and respond to user help request, questions and problems.
• Identify and test possible solutions to Production issues.
• Identify processes and/or situations that could be improved with ERP solutions.
• Participate in testing software modifications and upgrades to ensure software is working.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
