As an Executive Assistant you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Senior Vice President level leaders.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develops a general understanding of the business to provide administrative assistance and support
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and confidentiality in the handling of incoming telephone calls and

    correspondence
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to take and transcribe minutes
  • Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
  • Schedules appointments and meetings
  • Arranges business travel, reconciles expense reports, and crafts and streamlines processes and procedures
  • Maintains an orderly office filing system; files, faxes, photocopies and distributes mail as the need arises
  • Monitors project deadlines and deliverables
  • May generate reports
  • Anticipates needs of regional leadership and takes appropriate action

  • 2+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to interact and communicate successfully with all levels of customers/guests, managers and executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible work schedule, must be able to travel as required for business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
