Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our clients in Washington, DC. This person will be joining the Government Affairs team for one of our telecommunications clients. They will be responsible for supporting a few Vice Presidents in the group for administrative tasks such as handling expense reports, updating reports and reporting to upper management, relaying messages to leadership, scheduling travel and meetings, screening calls, typing correspondence, and training and supervising other support staff and managing confidential information in a professional manner. This person should have strong communication skills and be able to go into the office 4 days a week
