We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support three Executives within Rapid7. This full-time position will be based out of our Boston, MA office.

About the Team
Our Executive Assistant team provides support to the SVP+ Executives, while working with internal and external stakeholders. We also partner with the larger administrative team for growth and development, support, and ad hoc projects, with flexibility as our executive team's needs evolve.

About the Role
The candidate we are seeking is a highly motivated self-starter that is organized, detail oriented and has the ability to be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information. This candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing ever-shifting calendars, along with coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage complex calendaring and scheduling, requiring internal and external coordination
  • Anticipate, prioritize and partner to make complex schedules work
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
  • Provide the highest level of customer service; acting as liaison between the administrative team, executives, and customers to ensure seamless communication and proper follow through
  • Assist with organization and preparation of materials for team meetings
  • Manage and submit expense reports


The skills you'll bring include:
  • Intermediate to expert experience with the G Suite (G calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Significant level of experience with coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Proactive thinking and problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to interface with a wide variety of people both internal to Rapid7 and external in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, comprehension, communication, and writing skills with the ability to multitask in a confidential environment
  • Independence, being self-motivated to coordinate resources and responsibilities
  • Flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
