The general pay range for this position is $65K-$75K base per year. Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. administrative support activities to executive level management. Provides support to
the Chief Investment Officer and the Investment Leadership team members.

Responsibilities
- Performs complex administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; scheduling and maintaining complex schedules in Outlook calendar, creating/preparing general to complex correspondence and spreadsheets, preparing varied and complex reports, creating/designing general to complex PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials, and overseeing and coordinating internal and external events.
- Coordinates meetings, itineraries and arrangements for the Executive; Performs highly advanced administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; coordinating complex travel and accommodations and coordinating/ scheduling meetings and conference calls, and handling expense reports.
- Handles executive-level internal and external communications which includes; handling incoming phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to voice-mails, managing incoming e-mails by forwarding and responding to e-mails as appropriate, and creating and mailing letters and memos on behalf of Executive.
- Maintains knowledge and understanding of key internal associates and external clients, board members, or professional organizations who interact directly with Executive.
- Manage a variety of high-level, confidential, and sensitive activities on behalf of Executive.
- Acts as project manager on assigned projects such as HR events, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and dissemination of information. Provides administrative assistance as needed on other special projects.
- Performs department records management duties (electronic and paper), including organizing, retrieval, archiving and storage.
- Oversees and performs office management duties.
- Performs general administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; opening and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing and file maintenance, and copying, faxing and scanning.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 7+ years secretary and administrative experience supporting C-Level
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in insurance/reinsurance
