As anexecutive assistant senior/ marketing project specialist, you’ll report directly to and serve as the primary contact for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You’ll be responsible for all administrative duties associated with the CMO, including those of a confidential nature and requiring advanced knowledge of marketing's organizational processes and practices. You’ll blend a broad range of skills to lead and/or assist in a wide variety of tasks and marketing-related projects that directly support the CMO and broader marketing efforts. You’ll act as a key resource to the CMO and have a working knowledge of the executive's views and philosophies, as well as a deep understanding of the technology used throughout marketing.

This is a hybrid role based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Must-have qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years of administrative or marketing work experience in a business office environment supporting a senior-level employee or executive
  • {OR} Associate's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of administrative or marketing work experience in a business office environment supporting a senior-level employee or executive

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience supporting a c-suite level executive
  • Demonstrated experience identifying gaps and streamlining processes with little or no guidance from others
  • Ability to use initiative and excellent judgment to make decisions in an ambiguous environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with the team
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Mac, and Keynote. Ability to facilitate use of technology for conference calls and meetings (Microsoft Teams and Zoom)

Compensation
  • $58,100 - $77,400/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
